Set up your account

1

Create your account

Go to app.aczen.tech and click Sign Up. You can register with your business email and a password, or use Continue with Google for a faster sign-in. After submitting, verify your email address to activate your account.
2

Add your business information

After signing in for the first time, Aczen Bilz guides you through a three-step onboarding flow. Start with your Business Information:
  • Business name — the legal name that will appear on all your invoices
  • GSTIN — your 15-digit GST Identification Number (required for compliant invoicing)
  • Business type — sole proprietorship, partnership, private limited, LLP, or other
  • Business address — used to populate invoice headers and GST filings
Click Continue when you’re done. You can update these details later from Settings → Business Profile.
3

Add your banking details

Enter your bank account number, IFSC code, and the account holder name. Aczen Bilz displays these details in the payment section of every invoice so your customers can pay you directly.
Adding your UPI ID here lets you display a QR code on invoices, making it easier for customers to pay immediately.
4

Customize your branding

Upload your business logo and choose an invoice colour theme. Branded invoices project a more professional image and are included even on the Starter plan. This step is optional — you can skip it and come back later from Settings → Branding.
5

Create your first invoice

Once onboarding is complete, you land on your dashboard. Click Create Invoice (or go to Invoices → New Invoice) and fill in:
  • Customer — select an existing customer or add a new one with their GSTIN
  • Line items — add your products or services with HSN/SAC codes and quantities
  • GST rate — Aczen Bilz calculates CGST/SGST or IGST automatically based on whether the sale is intra-state or inter-state
Review the totals, then click Send Invoice to email it directly to your customer, or Download PDF to share it yourself.

Explore your dashboard

After sending your first invoice, take a moment to get familiar with the dashboard. It gives you a live view of your business finances.
