If you work with a bookkeeper, accountant, or operations team, you can invite them to your Aczen Bilz account so they can work on invoices, expenses, and reports without sharing your personal login. Each team member gets their own login with a role that controls exactly what they can see and do.
Team member access is available on the Growth plan (up to 5 users) and the Scale plan (unlimited users). If you are on the Starter plan and want to add team members, upgrade your plan first from the billing settings.

In the left sidebar, click Settings, then select the Team tab.

3

4

5

Admin — Full access to everything in your Aczen Bilz account, including settings and team management. Grant this role only to people who need complete control. Manager — Can create, edit, and manage invoices, expenses, customers, and vendors. Cannot change account settings or manage other team members. Best for accountants and bookkeepers. Viewer — Read-only access to all data. Cannot create or edit anything. Best for stakeholders or business partners who only need to review reports.

Manage pending invitations

Invitations that have not yet been accepted appear as Pending in the Team settings tab.
Find the pending invitation in the team list and click Resend. A new invitation email is sent to the same address, and the 7-day expiry resets.
Find the pending invitation and click Revoke. The invitation link is immediately invalidated. The person will not be able to join using that link. You can invite them again with a new invitation if needed.

Remove a team member

To remove someone who has already joined your account:
1

Open the Team tab

Go to Settings → Team.
2

Find the team member

Locate the person you want to remove in the list of active members.
3

Remove them

Click Remove next to their name. Confirm when prompted.
Removing a team member revokes their access immediately. Any invoices or records they created are retained in your account. This action cannot be undone, but you can invite them again at any time.
