Designed for solo entrepreneurs and small businesses that need reliable, compliant invoicing without complexity. You get unlimited GST invoicing, email payment reminders, a basic analytics dashboard, vendor and customer ledgers, and PDF bulk invoice download. Support is provided by email.

Growth — ₹1,799/month

Built for growing SMEs with teams. Everything in Starter, plus multi-user access for up to five team members, Email + SMS payment reminders, advanced GST reconciliation, an integrated payment gateway, white-labeled invoices, and email + chat support.

Scale — ₹2,999/month

For established SMEs and enterprises that need automation and integrations. Everything in Growth, plus unlimited users, WhatsApp payment reminders, AI-powered GST error checks, automatic expense categorization, AI cash flow forecasting, NBFC loan pre-eligibility, ERP/CRM API access, branch consolidation, and a dedicated account manager.
White-labeled invoices (removing Aczen Bilz branding from customer-facing documents) are available on the Growth and Scale plans only.

If you haven’t chosen a plan, you’ll be prompted to select one before continuing.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from Settings → Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
No. There are no setup fees and no hidden costs. The price you see is the price you pay. Annual billing provides a 17% discount compared to paying month by month.
All new subscriptions include a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied within the first 14 days of your paid subscription, contact support at support@aczen.in for a full refund.
