Aiva is your always-available financial assistant inside Aczen Bilz. No matter which page you’re on, you can open Aiva by clicking the button in the bottom-right corner of the screen and ask plain-language questions about your business finances. Aiva reads your live data — invoices, payment status, GST collections, and more — and responds with a concise answer along with a quick-navigation button to jump directly to the relevant section of the app.

Opening Aiva

Look for the sparkle icon button fixed to the bottom-right corner of every page. Click it to open the chat panel. You can minimize the panel at any time without losing your conversation, and reopen it whenever you need it.

How to use Aiva

1

Open the chat panel

Click the sparkle icon button in the bottom-right corner. The Aiva panel opens over your current page — you don’t need to leave what you’re working on.
2

Type your question or pick a suggestion

Type any question about your finances in the text box at the bottom of the panel. If you’re not sure where to start, Aiva offers suggested questions when you first open the chat. Press Enter or click the send button to submit.
3

Read Aiva's answer

Aiva responds using your live business data. For topics like invoices, GST, and payments, the response also includes an action button — for example, View All Invoices — that takes you directly to the relevant page.
4

Click the navigation button (if shown)

When an action button appears below Aiva’s response, click it to navigate to the relevant page. The chat panel closes automatically so you land directly on the page with full detail.

What you can ask

Aiva understands questions across the main areas of your Aczen Bilz account. Here are examples organized by topic.
  • “What are my pending invoices?”
  • “Show me outstanding amounts”
  • “How many invoices have I created?”
  • “List all unpaid bills”
  • “What’s my total outstanding amount?”
  • “Which clients haven’t paid?”
For these questions, Aiva includes a View All Invoices button so you can jump straight to the invoice list.
  • “How much GST have I collected?”
  • “What’s my GST liability?”
  • “Show me GST records”
  • “How much GST do I owe this quarter?”
Aiva includes a View GST Filing button that takes you to the GST3 Filing page.
  • “Show me overdue invoices”
  • “What payments am I waiting for?”
  • “Show me payment records”
  • “What invoices are overdue?”
Aiva includes a Manage Invoices button so you can take action on outstanding payments.
  • “What’s my profit and loss?”
  • “Show me cash flow”
  • “How much revenue did I generate this quarter?”
  • “Analyze my top expenses”
  • “What are my outstanding receivables?”
For general financial analysis questions, Aiva provides a direct answer without a navigation button, since the answer itself is the information you need.
When your question relates to a specific area of the app, Aiva includes a button to take you there.

What data Aiva uses

Aiva reads a summary of your business data to answer your questions. It only uses:
  • Invoice count and totals
  • Payment status summary (paid, pending, overdue counts)
  • GST collection data
  • Outstanding receivables
  • Basic business summary (revenue, cash in/out)
Aiva never accesses passwords, customer personal data, or payment method details. It works exclusively with aggregated financial figures from your account.

Tips for better results

You don’t need to phrase questions precisely. Aiva understands natural language — “what do my customers owe me?” works just as well as “show outstanding receivables.” Capitalization doesn’t matter either.
You can ask multiple questions in a single conversation. Aiva maintains context within the session, so you can follow up naturally — for example, ask about pending invoices and then ask which client has the largest outstanding amount.
