# Invite team members and assign roles in Aczen Bilz

> Add colleagues to your Aczen Bilz account, assign roles with the right level of access, and manage invitations — all from the Team settings tab.

If you work with a bookkeeper, accountant, or operations team, you can invite them to your Aczen Bilz account so they can work on invoices, expenses, and reports without sharing your personal login. Each team member gets their own login with a role that controls exactly what they can see and do.

<Note>
  Team member access is available on the **Growth plan** (up to 5 users) and the **Scale plan** (unlimited users). If you are on the Starter plan and want to add team members, upgrade your plan first from the billing settings.
